I am 27 and as far as I know, I have no health problems. For the past 6 years I've had numbness in my feet from time to time but it didn't happen very often. I've been having it a lot lately but not just in my feet. I have it from my knees down to my toes. It don't happen when I walk, it only happens every time that I sit and lay down. What could be causing this? Is it anything to worry about?

Kitty, do go see your doctor. This isn't the kind of thing to let go any longer.

More than likely if your healthy, its a pinches nerve in your back. Possible that a Chiropractor could help with tracktion and heat. If your a bit over weight its possible that its affecting your circulation and also your heart. Be considerate of your health and get checked out. Pinched nerves can be decompressed if theres no disk damage.

It sounds like a restricted blood vessel... you need to have this checked out right away!
