Marly, B complex helps with that, but it's more important to know why you feel that way. It's not normal for a healthy 27-year old woman. Check your sleep hours for regularity, caffeine intake, the portion size of your meals, alcohol intake, and recreational drugs. If all those are in check, see your doctor for a check up.

Have you tried brewer´s yeast? It has all the vitamin B complex but is safer because it doesn´t release all at the same time.
Maybe you are depressed. Have you had trouble sleeping?
Try to do some exercise; relaxation techniques also help to get more energy believe it or not.
Here´s another tip, after your daily shower, get a fast cold shower, you will feel with a lot of energy.

I'm not sure about vitamins, but those are some symptoms of depression. Are there factors in your life (besides lack of vitamins) that could be causing these symptoms? Perhaps you should talk to your physician/counselor about this possibility and see what their professional opinion is.

How is your diet? Do you eat regularly and get enough protein? If not.......this could be causing your problem. Vitamins will not give you enough of an effect as far as energy goes.
