NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Try my solution .... its free
I hope this can help. It’s a paste job from my notes so good luck.

How to stop Acne in its tracks:
======================
Acne is caused by oil clogging pores in the skin. Attack this oil source and acne will be more easily to control.
The oil comes from your scalp under the hair. It creeps down your skin to clog pores. This is why the face and shoulders get acne.
To get rid of oil, wash your scalp with a good shampoo for oily scalp/hair, massaging your scalp and rinse off the oil. You should do this at least 25 times a month, meaning shower every day. You may want to include using a special scalp medical shampoo say 2-3 times per month (eg anti dandruff).

Note the shampoo is selected to get rid of oil, if your hair becomes dry, then use a conditioner to suit dry hair. You need to find a conditioner to suit the consequence of showering every day.

Shower your hair first, and then wash the residue off your skin starting from the face and going down. It is important that you shampoo your scalp before the rest of your body, so that the oil is removed from your body afterwards.

Alcohol is a great sterilizing wipe to clean existing oils from your skin also, as some of the oils come from the skin. But don’t overdo it as could dry the skin.
(as a guide I suggest only use alcohol after the pimple patrol below)

Severe Acne sufferers should see a chiropractor as neck miss-alignment can cause acne, especially along the jawbone.

How to stop Acne scarring:
====================
Find the volcano centre part of the pimple by rolling the shank of a pin or needle across the pimple. Gently centre it in a squeeze then using the sterilized pin, prick the centre of the pimple. You may have to prick 3 to 5 mm deep at right angles to the skin, depending on the size of the pimple. The idea is to lance the pimple, to make a hole for the infection to come out. Squeeze the infection out of the hole, just like a volcano erupting. Because the skin has a hole, it is not tearing and there will be no scarring as long as you haven’t squeezed too hard. Remember the idea is to make a hole for it to come out, so the hole has to be accurate and into the infection core.
Sterilize the skin with alcohol.
With skill you can find these volcano centres under the skin before they are really noticeable. I suggest doing a pimple patrol on Wednesdays so you are cool for the weekend.

A good psych is to say “Good riddance Freeloader” on each success.

The medical treatment of Acne is as follows

Treating Mild to Moderate Comedonal and Inflammatory Acne‬

Most cases of mild comedonal acne occur in teenagers and young adults, and these can usually be treated with traditional topical creams and gels. The most common of these are retinoids, like Retin-A, Differin, Renova, and Tazorac. They work by unblocking clogged pores.

One of the latest treatments is laser for severe types of acne and operates by destroying the bacteria that cause acne. Lasers used in mild acne treatments like simple blackheads and whiteheads work on the serum producing glands to open up the follicle to release the serum trapped inside by heating the upper layer and reducing the size of the oil gland.

You even have to think about what you are eating...refuse to eat:sugar,hot spices,chocolate or fat (only veg.oil).....you also need to drink around 2 litre of fresh water every day...and eat a lot of vegetables.Try to add one spoon of apple/cider vinaigre to a glass of water-and drink it in the morning.Do not use soap when washing your face...use some blanding that dry the scin and cleans deep...GOOD LUCK!!
