one advise - strict diets dont work!!!
only permanent lifestyle changes will give you permanent results.
make healthy food choices, eat small frequent meals, drink lots of water and do cardio.

Chicken meat only and no skin. No Yorkshire pudding. Eat as many and as much of the veg that you can eat but NO roast potatoes. No gravy as it is probably made from oxo or bisto and these are only a mixture of chemicals, just look at the label.

Take the skin of the chicken, only eat one or two potatoes, only about 100 grams of chicken and a little bit of gravy. Eat lots of veggies though.

Don't go too strict though, if you feel the urge allow yourself one bad thing a week and then just go right on with your diet, that way you don't become too fixated and don't feel the urge to binge.
Good luck!

No skin on the chicken for you!
No roast potatoes, forget the yorkshire and limit the gravy to one teaspoonful. Eat loads of the veggies though.

Make sure that your chicken has no skin on, dont have roast potatoes, have steamed sweet potatoes instead, all the veg is great, only have 1 yorkshire pud, and limit the gravy.

At least half of your plate should be vegetables, they fill you up and have vitamins and minerals in.

Good luck!

the spuds for sure...i don't know what yorkshire puddings are, but i can only imagine that they are a type of dessert, and what kind of pudding dessert would it be if it wasn't very tasty and high in calories, so i would imagine do without the pudding...also, what does eating right have to do with losing stones...they are all over the yard...we just usually rake them up and throw them out with the leaves, or we skip them across the creek...anyway, best of luck on your diet, and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day because it is bound to happen at one time or another...just keep a positive attitude and try to have much more better days than bad days...

Take time once a 1 week to plan out and go shopping for meals and snacks so you might be prepared whenever hunger strikes.
