hmmmm

Dreams of water tend to be about emotions. Could it be that you are healing? It was not as bad as you thought, as you do not get all choked up. You are able to finally breath and learn from the situation with out no longer getting emotional.

Just a thought:)

People say that dreams come from the brain and it's wants. That the brain uses that time to sort out it's thoughts. Maybe you wish you could breathe underwater? Or maybe you had this dream once and you liked it so much your brain is basically replaying it. Other's say that dreams can give you an insite into the future, maybe 20 years from now people will be able to breathe underwater. I myself rarely dream, but when i do it always comes true, it puzzles me and sometimes the dream may not come true for years, but they do. The brain, and life itself is a complicated thing, it could mean a number of things. Weather you belive it means you will be able to breath underwater, or you just think it's a coqincidence, is up to you. Personally i think it could be a mixture of both. p.s. also people say the brain could also use dreams to show us something that we are worried or bothered about, somethign that is bugging our concence. Just a thought, maybe you regret something and it has something to do with water?

You haven't given much to interpret, most of the time there is more required, however I'll give this a try. An associate of mine mentioned you may have lost your circle of Friends, and the journey is down a different path of life.
Even us counselors need help now and then. Contrast and compare the important areas before the loss of your social input.

Water is often associated with the issues of life, such as troubles, worries, stress, anxieties, fears and so on. So to breather underwater means that you are able to live above the circumstances of the world despite being engulf, surrounded, and covered by trouble.

I love my dreams of being able to swim underwater. It's very freeing, just relax and enjoy. We came into this life swimming in water remember? It's very basic and very cathartic . . . . just relax and let your dreams take you to places you enjoy and get pleasure from. Nothing to fear.
