Does anybody have a recomendation for a campground near Disneyland (California)? By near, I mean less than 5 miles. Something clean and safe for a family with kids.

Welcome to Anaheim, CA.

I recommand Pearson Park, a 19-acre park, about 2 miles north of Disneyland on Harbor Blvd. Disneyland is also on Harbor Blvd.

Pearson Park

If you are at the entrance to Disneyland, drive just 2 miles north on Harbor, passing Lincoln Avenue, you will see the park on your right.

You will find nearby shopping plaza, restaurants, Vons supermarket at the corner of Harbor and Lincoln.

The park is safe. I jog there 3 or 4 times a week. People like to picnic and camping in Pearson Park.

Have lots of fun at Disneyland.

I'd like to recommend Featherly Regional Park, which is 15 miles away but only takes about 20 minutes travel time. It's quiet, green, and a wonderful respite from the crowds you'll find at Disneyland. Closer campgrounds are basically just a place to throw yourself down for the night. This place offers solitude and access to many areas in Southern California.
