There is no one number that tells you that.
you can be not fit and chubby and weight less than somebody who looks more slender and has a lot of muscle.
what matters is body fat percentage which should be not more than 25% for women (to find it out you have to ask somebody at the gym or dietitian)

I am 5 feet and 5 1/2 inches and at 163 pounds I wear a size 7 or 8 depending on the brand. People always assume that I weigh around 120-125 but I have a very heavy frame. I also weight train 3 days a week for 45 minutes and walk at least 3 days a week for 45 minutes so I do have a lot of muscle.

I use my clothes to stay comfortable and when they start to feel uncomfortable I use the scale to see where I am.

If I weighed 125 like the charts suggest I would look sick, I did that once and my own grandfather told me he didn't want to see me until I gained at least 5 pounds.
