You have to go to church if you want to have your full status restored.

Being disfellowshipped means you committed a pretty big sin and part of your repentance process is that you cant participate in certain priviledges like taking the sacrament and holding callings. If you are serious about your repentance process then you would be going to all your church meetings still and meeting with the Bishop regulary.

Even excommunicated members are suppose to still go to church.

Just the opposite, you should make an extra effort to go to church if you have been disfellowshipped.
