2. Reduce and balance your fat intake.

3. Drink plenty of pure clean water.

4. Exercise moderately and sensibly.

5. Limit your sodium intake.

6. Give up excess caffeine and other stimulants, reduce your alcohol intake and, if you smoke, quit.
