Have you accepted the eightfold path and five precepts that Buddha taught as the way to a higher reincarnation today? If not, what is holding you back? Take time to learn the path of loving-kindness, put down that hamburger and follow the Buddha's teachings.
Yeah, it's kind of like that.

Have you read "The First Word" by Christine Kenneally today? What's holding you back? It's a marvelous exploration of the evolution of language, and it will help you to understand how the neurobiology of the brain has evolved to produce speech.

Many wise men have said: "Question yourself one hundred times before you question another once."
So, no, I have not accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior today.
What's holding me back is months on end of study, and even more time spent just constantly thinking and questioning past conclusions.
So in return, I ask you: Have you contemplated the negative aspects of religion on society and the irrationality of almost all of its ideas and asked yourself if there isn't more to life today?
And if not, what's holding you back?

Jesus NEVER spoke to my soul the way MY Gods have.
That is why I've followed THEIR call, and not Christianity

Lack. of. Evidence. for. Gods.
No offense, I just don't believe specific gods exist in a universe with a trillion galaxies. And I tend to think that no gods exist.

No, He didn't have an appointment today
My calendar is booked for the next 80 years so I don't think he can ever make it to talk to me.
