i am 6"1, and 161 lbs., i have been eating healthier, and am not sure if i am loosing weight, because my scale reads 161 at the beginning of the day, and 164 at the end, i know it's just water weight but then the next day it will be 163 at the beginning and 160 at the end

Why would you be trying to lose weight?

Just weight yourself once a week. Many factors are included in weight, like water, going to the bathroom, etc. Your weight changes through the day. If you read your weight several times a day you will only feel stressed. And get more or less the same weight in average.
Don´t get obssesed with the scale, some weeks your scale will read less, but your pants will fit better.

Your weight fluctuates on a daily basis. Dont evaluate your progress (by getting on a scale) more than twice a month.

You are LOSING some weight! Water intake will make a difference!
