Do NOT pluck the hairs. that will cause an infection.
Almost everyone has a few hairs around their nipples. 10 or fewer on each is normal. If you have more you could possibly have a hormone imbalance..but it is treatable.
As for your boyfriend, tell him to deal with it. A few little hairs wont hurt.

That sounds pretty weird. I wouldn't like to see a girl with hairy nipples. I'd cut them or pluck them if I were you.

It is always safer not to interrupt any natural growth in your body. However , if you still feel like plucking the hair,you should consult a physician beforehand.
