There is nothing like a Garlic Tea with a squeeze of lemon and a bit of honey (drink it at least 3 times a day). Well, that and some great/natural homemade chicken soup + some of your favorite fruits/juices and vegetables + plenty of good bottled/spring water, and you'll be back to your old self in no time.
