Easy Stuffed Meat Loaf
2 lbs. lean ground round
1 large egg
½ C. A-1 sauce
2 T. chopped garlic
1 C. bread crumbs
1 box prepared Stovetop Stuffing
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 C. beef broth
1 can mushrooms
¼ C. chopped parsley
Mix egg, meat, A-1, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, beef broth and half can mushrooms.
Make two patties.
Place one patty on aluminum foil on rack of grill. Place onions and remaining mushrooms and stuffing on that.
Place second patty on top. Cover with foil. Cook approximately 10 minutes on each side.
Man-Pleasing Potatoes
5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 stick margarine
1 box Lipton Spring Vegetable Soup (2 packets)
Heat oven to 350o. Put potatoes into 3-qt. casserole dish. Cut butter into pats on top of potatoes. Sprinkle soup over potatoes. Do not mix. Do not add water. Cover with lid or foil and bake 45 minutes. Cook’s note: Important to keep covered while cooking. Stir before serving. Makes 10-12 servings.
Grilled 3-Cheese Potatoes
6 large potatoes, sliced quarter-inch thick
2 medium onions, chopped
1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 C. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
¼ C. butter, cubed
1 T. chives
1-2 tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. pepper
Divided potatoes and onions equally between two pieces of heavy-duty foil (18-inch square) coated with cooking spray. Combine Parmesan cheese and ¾ C. each Cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle over the potatoes and onions.
Top with bacon, butter, chives, seasoned salt and pepper. Bring opposite ends of foil together over filling and fold down several times. Fold unsealed ends toward filling and crimp tightly. Grill, covered over medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from grill. Open foil carefully and sprinkle with remaining cheeses.

try this one:
1 lb. of ground beef
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
2 cans of corn
Instant mashed potatoes
preheat oven to 350degrees
brown the ground beef with seasoning salt..drain
mix the cooked meat,the soup,and the corn in a 13x9 pan.
make the mashed potatoes (enough to cover the top)
put in the oven and heat through for 30 minutes.
Let it sit for 5 minutes
serve.
It's good and filling. My kids love it

Meatballs: ground beef, 2 1/2 lbs rice 1 1/2 cups 1 egg. mix it well make balls put in big pan 1 can tomato juice over the ball and cook 45 mins to an hour. Baked potato , and bread and butter.

chicken cabonara
2 chicken breast diced, 5 rashs of bacon sliced, a handfull mushrooms sliced, 1 onion 5oo ml cream, cooked penne pasta
fry chicken then add bacon an onion till not raw add mushroom an cream cook the cream till it changes colour and pasta all up takes bout 20mins serve with parmasin cheese very easy to make

Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, almost all the ingredients are in the box, fry up a hot dog or hamburger with that, put together a salad, and for dessert, open a can of cling peaches in thick syrup............TADA, your a chef!!!

ummm cook pasta with sauce
cook the pasata in water and add some sacue. mix chopped veggie into the sauce. add spices and meat/veggies if youwant. try cheese n tomaot n tuna or bolognaise
