I only want you to pray for me if you are jewish.
^^does that sound rude to you?? because someone else posted a topic that said "Christians...could you please pray for a friend of mine?" and i answered with "well im jewish so i guess i cant pray for your friend!" and then all these people replied to me saying how it shouldnt matter my religion and that i should still pray but DID THEY EVEN READ THE QUESTION?!?!
then my answer got deleted. i definately feel attacked. im starting to feel like Y!A is prejudice and racist and antisemist.
am i the only one who feels this way? PLEASE VENT. FORGET COMMUNITY GUIDELINES.

I don't know. I think the yahoo abuse system is still as screwed up as before, just with a bigger button and a fancier introduction. I guess though if people want to be bigoted and censor who "prays" for them, it's just silly, but it's their right to be silly--I wouldn't be too offended. It simply means they are out a prayer. Sucks for them.

i am not jewish, i am muslim and i have had many answers be deleted, because i said that some racist people may have a reason to be the way they are, like someone could have had bad experiences and that caused my answer to get deleted, i have been harassed as well. that is Y!A, for you.
but i understand what you are talking about, i really only pray for muslims and my family(muslim & non-muslim). but i don't liek when people tell me they will pray for me and they aren't muslim, it is like they are praying ofr me to be like them, but that is just me

Speaking as a fellow Jew, I can tell you that people are retarded and probably felt somehow threatened by what you said. Best thing to do is let it go. Look if someone really wants their prayer to count they will accept all well wishes. If they don't want your prayer, IT'S THEIR LOSS.

Christians tend to believe that they are the only ones in the world. I wouldn't take it personally. Their belief system is so fragile that anything that doesn't conform to their worldview is labeled as "evil."
Just remind them that they hijacked your religion and turned it into a freak show.
