The difference is that your is a possessive pronoun and it doesn't fit the context of the sentence. If people were literal, they would translate it like that in spanish and, unlike in English whereas there is no differentiation between your and you're verbally, there is in Spanish and you would look so weird saying "Your the only one for me."

You can't even write it correctly in English. I think you mean "You're the only one for me." After you master that, then I'll tell you how to say it in Spanish.
Grammar makes a big difference. I think you would know that if you weren't in middle school.
