What is a quick way to remove the metadata from your camera pictures?

I don't want people extrapolating my camera's serial number from my pictures...

In PhotoShop use the Save for Web option and choose the maximum quality jpeg file format. (you would use this option if you were going to post your images on the web anyway - with whatever quality you decide).

All camera exif data will be lost in that file.
