I'm confuse with has and was. i.e. Meeting had/was cancelled, Project had/was completed. Had/was, which is correct?

Well, a spelling course would be benefical as well. Grammar and confused are both incorrect, as well as many other words.

You would use has with "has been completed". You can use was completed also. Typically was completed will be followed with a time. Such as the project was completed yesterday.

In the cases you quote, was is correct.

Or you could use has been.

"Was" is correct in both examples.

was. and, by the way, it GRAMMAR, not grammer.
