How to avoid all kinds of diseases?

I wanna know some useful methods to avoid various diseases, because I believe we can prevent most of diseases such as cancer, heart attack..

use common sense. Wash your hands every time you go to the restroom, and wash long enough to sing the ABC song. In a public restroom use a papertowel to handle the faucets and to open the door. Do not smoke or use any tobacco products. Do not use alcohol. Eat a good diet with no excess fat or calories. Have a complete physical exam at your doctor's office once a year. Be sure your Dr. knows all of your family history. Stay away from 2nd hand smoke. Don't be a couch potato, get moving.

Eat well, get adequate sleep. Learn effective ways of dealing with stress. Avoid pollutants of all kinds. Exercise. I think that there are some things you can do and others are out of your control. You do the best you can and the rest is what you have to deal with when it happens.

Like Simmi said, also take multy vitamins minerals amino acids powder ( they are not enough in the food), find out what are doing people who live more than 100 years

don't eat, drink, breath, don't sleep, don't touch anything. So therefore you should just go ahead and die! Its true that you can aggravate cancer or make you body more susceptible to making your life worse. But i believe it depends on the person and their genes.
