I have been sent with an email that i won one million usd dollars and have been asked to reply within 7days together with the personal account info that is being asked. Is there some element of truth to it? Please advise. Thank you so much.

It is true that the thieves who run the operation will laugh their butts off when you send in the fees .
They will tell jokes and make great ridicule of you for being so gullible .
And as soon as you send in the info (which a real lottery would already have ) ,
You can watch while they drain your bank account !
That will have a real element of truth in it .
