Yes, couple weeks ago for few nights, but it was 3:16 - 3:18 for few nights.
No, I don't believe of demons are the reason for it as they say it is so in Exorcism of Emily Rose . It just happened. If that is where you are going for!

Yes - Unfortunately, if you do it two or three nights (maybe a new neighbor gets in that time of night and wakes you up with out your knowing it, or the heater kicks on, or you have to pee...you might not even realize it happened) your body can adjust to it and you do it all the time. It sucks.

If you're looking for a spiritual or "Exorcism of Emily Rose" answer, I'm sure they're out there, but look for the natural before you seek the supernatural, and you won't be as easily fooled (and you'll recognize the supernatural for what it is if it DOES come along)

Yeah, human bodies generally have a bit of a Cortisol burst at that time, small compared to when awake, but definitely enough to wake some people up for a time til they get used to it, or it settles down a bit.

Yeah, right after I saw the Emily Rose movie! Yikes!

I do believe in demons and exorcisms and everything, but mostly its just fear or some other reason why you are waking up then.

Are you spiritual, do you believe in a higher power? Wayne Dyer, (motivational speaker), says that you are called to meditate at this time. It is the quietest time of the day to meditate.
