I would like to apologize to the Mormons in this forum for what has happened to Warren Jeffs. It's non-Mormons like us that have made such a big deal about getting their prophet in jail.
Sorry Mormons, it's ignorance and intolerance of other religions that have landed your prophet in jail.
I'm so open minded that I even keep a Book of Mormon on my bookshelf. Maybe we can all learn from Jeffs and the Mormon church. We have mocked Prophet Jeffs yet he has kept calm and reserved.

Warren Jeffs seems very unlikely to me to be a prophet of any sort. He has remained calm because of his remarkable mental instability. This is very common for such individuals, and so one shouldn't be too shocked that he has simply accepted his fate.
There is but one thing to learn from Warren Jeffs, and that is the distinctive human ability to delude onself.

B. "Mormon" is a nickname usually reserved for members of The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints.
C. Warren Jeffs is no more a prophet than the man in the moon.
D. His "church" is the FLDS, or Fundamentalist Latter-day Saints.
E. If you are talking about ignorance and intolerance, people like you are the real problem.
F. Take the Book of Mormon off the shelf and READ it. You might be pleasantly surprised.

All I have to say is WOW you are a piece of work. I am am active Mormon. and here is a little information for you( I am sure you will be getting this more then once) The true Mormon church DOES NOT!!!!! practice polygamy and Warren Jeffs is not our prophet. Warren Jeffs in the prophet of the FLDS church not the LDS church. big difference. All I can say is you should do some research before posting such a stupid question/comment.

Jeffs leads a small group (a few dozen people) and is screwed up.
The "Mormon" church has 12 Million plus members.

Had warren jeffs been mormon he would have been excommunicated long long ago.

Actually, many of the people on the jury were Mormons... and as for what you can do for Mormons? learn to distinguish between the flds sect and the mainstream church, based in SLC with 13M+ members worldwide [Mormon's are the ones building temples & sending thousands of tons of aid around the world in times of need -- the flds & mr. jeffs build their little enclaves & refuse to let women have more than an elementary education]

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you don't have a clue who or what Warren Jeffs is. Otherwise, you agree with plural marriage, and marrying a 14 year old girl to her 19 year old first cousin against her will, making her have sex against her will, which in case you didn't know it is not only sexual molestation but outright rape. Not to mention some of the other horrors that have gone on in that community. Because I want to assume that you're not a sadistic pig.
