It feels like a deep ache in the middle of my body and just when I think it is out of me it comes back even harder!!!!!!

Definitely. I was with someone who I had the most incredible connection with (in every way) and I miss that a lot. But I have realized I miss the connection, and not the bad stuff. That is what it comes down too....if you had a really good connection with the person. And it is okay. Once you realize that missing him is okay, and as long as it does not hinder you in being happy, than it is alright.

oh my God yes! I had a hugh crush on a guy in eight grade & I still think about him to this day and this was a crush,not love.when you truly love someone you always feel something for them the rest of your life.In a fresh break up from someone you love is like a dagger in your heart and it takes time to heal but you will get over it,I promise
