Ingredients:
4 hard boiled eggs
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoonful mayonnaise

Method:
Shell the eggs and mash well in a small bowl. Add curry powder and mayonnaise. Mix well.

DIRECTIONS
Mix together mayonnaise and curry powder in a bowl. Gently stir in eggs, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Evenly divide between 4 slices of bread, top with remaining 4 slices.

Just hard boil your eggs then when their cooked mash them up in a bowl and add a little curry powder.

pour some oil on the fry pan. grate some cheese, carrot, slice tomatoes (just one), also you can add onion if you want. your ingredients on top depend on the number of eggs your are using. pour oil in the fry-pan and use medium heat. pour the egg on the fry pan and add the above 15 - 20 seconds later. stir the mixture slowly till it is cooked. then you can have it with your bread or which ever way you like.

this is indian way of cooking

hard boiled eggs-2
medium onion-1
green chilli- according to u ( 2 for me)
oil- 2 T spoons
mustard seeds- 1TSP
cumin seeds- 1TSP

cut onion into small pieces. heat oil. put cummin seeds and mustard seeds and when they crackle add green chillies and onions( both cut into pieces) . once the onions turns brown add sliced hard boiled eggs to it and remove from heat. you can add a pinch of turmeric for good smell.
by any chance if u don't have cumin and mustard at home dont worry about it. u can avoid them and follow the recipie
