Your priest is a sinner just like everyone else in your congregation, including yourself. Why are you surprised at that. (Not that I am agreeing on your thinking that smoking is a sin). Wouldn't you be falling into gossip if you went around telling everybody tomorrow? Now, gossip, that's a sin.

Well your priest is a step above mine if that's all he does. Just found out that mine's about the biggest hypocrite in church.

So what! We are all sinners. Should we also tell your congregation you are placing judgement upon your priest? God created tobacco didnt He? Just as God created grapes for wine

do you read the Scripture on gossipers?
Ask the Holy Spirit about either praying for him (which is Scriptural) or moving on.

As long as he doesn't touch any kids in their "private places", then he's fine.
And if ever a priest wants to touch you say,
"Stop!
Don't touch me there!
This is my private square.
