I am glad to see a pastor teaching Darwin in Sunday School. It's about time the rational, thinking Christians start speaking up. These irrational Fundamentalists are making all Christians, and really all Religion in general, look bad. It is time for people of Faith -- all Faiths -- to stand together and speak out against Fundamentalism.

I wonder how long it will take for reasonable people everywhere to call for the closing of the Creation Museum? Does anyone ever protest or picket the place the way anti-abortionists have stood outside family planning clinics? Certainly there must be someone who can carry the banner for truthfulness. Perhaps there are a few logically thinking Christians around... This is a cause worthy of their protest, too - it's their reputation that stands to suffer the humiliation, after all. Perhaps it's time for them to put their taste for intolerance in the right corner.

That pastor should give up the ministry if he doesn't believe God's word is true. What else is not true then about God's word? How can you preach with any authority if you can't decide which part of the Bible is true or not. Either it's all true or not....no middle ground.

He is a pastor that has either lost his faith in the 1 true God and possibly in a spiritual battle. He has not been seeking the face of God for guidance or this would not have become an optional teaching. Many will be decieved, even God's elect.
