My eyes start to burn in the kitchen when I fry with oil. Why does this happen and how can I prevent that?
Thanks

Use a frying pan cover it will help with the splatter it could be your allergic to the type of oil you use as well .. I would say go to your doctor and see an allergist to see what your allergic too . Till then don't use any oils

If you have a range hood, turn on the exhaust fan. I'm not trying to be a smart aleck, it's just I tend to forget to turn mine on and frying oil is one of those things that gets my eyes - even more than cutting onions.

Simple ... don't fry with oil. It is likely that you are cooking on high heat and the smoke is getting ot you. Lower the heat.
