It's liquid bromine pumped into a heat source, vaporized, and moved.............to do something.

Bromine properties:
Boiling point: 58.85C
Latent heat of vaporiztion: 193.83J/g
Specific heat capacity: 0.473J/g-C

Don't worry about the heat source. It's just a meteor that fell in my back yard.

It's going to be a closed system. Nothing will be transferred in or out of the bromine. Only heat or work.

You could use it in place of chlorine to keep your swmming pool free of algae (If you don't mind the smell☺)
