I'm an atheist and I think in the cases of incest, rape or pregnancy threatening the life of the mother it's acceptable

When it's just because people were irresponsible it isn't. Being irresponsible does and should have consequences regardless if you are fundie or atheist, liberal or conservative, black or white, male or female, etc. If people can't take care of the kid once born, they can always give it up for adoption. Being irresponsible isn't a license to take life. As for the "what kind of life is that for an unwanted kid", see below.

It is murder either way, but we humans make exceptions for the acceptability of murder

It's hypocritical to
A) oppose the death penalty on the ground no one has the right to take life
B) charge Scott Peterson for 2 murders
C) fight to save a fetus from a dead mother at the scene of a car wreck
D) have a great understanding of evolution and unicellular organisms but claim "life begins at birth" when you know full well an ameba is alive

And then say a fetus doesn't count.

If the fetus grows up and realizes life is full of BS and wants to kill themselves, that's their business. But until they are born other adults have to defend them, in the cases when it's appropriate.

Now if there was a god and it was actually an intelligent designer, sex and procreation would be failsafe, and unwanted beings would never be created in the first place. It's only incompetent or inhumane design that makes a great thing like sex a risky endeavor.

I think that abortion used as a form of birthcontrol is wrong, but It should be acceptable for people who are victims of rape, or need it for medical reasons. I had to have one when i became pregnate in my tubes, it was very sad but nessacary. I know a girl/woman who had three, just because she diddnt rember whoz it could have been. I feel like that was her bad and she should have had the children but it was her choice. Life is not black and white, you have to leave room for those who have made horrible mistakes, teens should be allowd one abortion befroe they give up their young years to a responisbility that they are almost always unready for. I dont see this as a religous issue at all though, because for one, i am a pagan, and for two as a species we should do our best to breed and have many babies, as this will one day lead to a human evoloution. of some sort. Were humans and we idealy should respect all human life, but this is not the way of man because we kill each other everyday. Someone tonight, will lose a child and some one will be born, no matter who gets an abortion. All things in moderation.

I think it's an injustice. Therefore, I will actively speak out against it. The victims of abortion are unable to speak for themselves, just like every victim of murder is unable to speak for themselves. All they have is people like me.

If you think you have a constitutional right to abort an unborn baby, show me in the constitution where it says that. If you try to fit it under privacy, then why can't the pedophile be a pedophile in the privacy of his own home? Why should one crime against a child be ok, and not another? Why should the one crime be a right of privacy, but not the other?

Did you know the founder of Planned Parenthood was a racist, and has been quoted as a racist? Did you know her idea for the mission of Planned Parenthood was to exterminate the black race? She is quoted saying so. This goes to show you the nature of the people who advocate abortion. And her plan seems to be working. Look at the statistics. Most aborted babies are black in proportion to the black population. Don't believe me? Google it.

Yes, it's wrong.

I did have one years ago and I regret it every day.

It is against our very nature as women to kill the child growing within us. The womb has become the most dangerous place on earth.

I wonder who my child would have been. I know without a doubt had I allowed that child to live he/she would have been a person I could not imagine life without. And yet...I live without them.

We are told by society it is our right to kill the unborn for our own convenience. It is our right to have sex with men we don't ever want to see again much less have a child with. In order to do this, we must be justified in the murder of our own children. Our right to thoughtless and casual sex trumps another persons right to life...

Society and feminist groups have lied to us. Our right to be women is not about abortion but about bringing life into the world. It is part of who we are and what we were created to be.

It's entirely situational... I think that aborting for conventional reasons is very wrong but when you have serious reasons not to have the baby then you shouldn't feel guilty.

Yes, abortion is wrong.

There is Only One way I Personally Believe that it could be O.K.

That is if the Mothers LIFE was in Danger of Having a Baby.
See, were not suppose to kill.

I dont believe in stealing either so I guess I should just not steal and not worry if other people steal.

You cant tell prolifers that they should just not have one and let others do what they want because then they wouldnt be prolife they would be prochoice.

If you stop the natural development of an innocent human life at any stage of development without your life being in danger in any way then you are committing murder.

Not only do I think its wrong I think its is horribly selfish.

Hey I decided to have sex, but now that I am pregnant you get to die. If you don't want babies there is birth control, vaginal implants and all sorts of other choices even the day after pill.
(which keeps the egg from attaching hence it does not start life)

Now on that very strong note, rape and health issues are another matter. They should have a choice especially when the mothers life is in danger.

Throughout the Bible we see reflected God’s deep respect for life. He lovingly urged humans to treasure their lives and to respect as sacred the lives of others. One who, without regard for divine law, took the life of another human, even a babe in the womb, was both guilty and accountable.—Gen. 9:5, 6; Ex. 21:14, 22-25.
