I don't know but I was never sad. I always think happy thoughts and plan what I will do the whole day - and i just do it and I feel so accomplished. Even a little tiny task I do, Ifeel great after I accomplish it. i always begin my thoughts with " I have to ......call a friend? ....cook some fish for lunch? ..... bake an upside down cake .... clean my bathroom .... take a shower and take a nap after I do laundry ..... or just take an hour walk in the neighborhood and check out their landscape...there are so many small little things that I think when i'm started to get bored...I sometimes sing on my sign-a-long machine as loud as I can. How about you try your own "I have to ....." thingy. I challenge you my friend. Go go go! Hey!

Hey- I really wish you would call your local Crisis Intervention Service Hotline. They are there to help you out and will be able to point you in the right direction. I still wonder if you are making an effort to get on an anti-depressant, or some sort of anti-anxiety medication. I wish you well, as do many people out here. Calling a 24 hot line is the thing to do. Take care!

first of all why are you sad? We all get sad. But is hitting your head on the wall making you not sad? Think about it! Take action that is logical to change your state of mind.

Hey there friend, why are you doing this to yourself? Is it to get someones attention? or do you do this when you're on your own? Either way you're not going to achieve anything by doing this, you need to step out of yourself for a minute and ask yourself "Why am I doing this? What am I to achieve by doing this?" There are people out there that love and care about you and don't want to see you get hurt cause it will hurt them too and I'm very sure that you don't want to see the people you love hurt too.... am I right? So please don't do this to yourself anymore there are people that care about you and want to help you just open your heart and start talking.
Don't keep it to yourself, whatever it is that's bothering you... it can't be that bad! So please friend look after yourself and talk to someone that you know and trust. Ok? Good Luck and Best Wishes.

But every time you tell the same problem of yours, you make people anxious about you. One time will come when people will not listen to your problem.
Before that time comes, I request you to listen to any of the answers that you have received so far. Just now I was writing to another member how young people throughout the world are victim of loneliness. I feel that to avoid loneliness individual also has to try his best to get rid of it. If it's chronic, you should see a doctor to see if you have a medical condition. If it's just acute (comes and goes), it could be situational; you may need to examine yourself and find out why you are sad. A therapist may be helpful in doing this.
Also, if you feel suicidal, please seek immediate medical care.

Ok go get help, like now. What's wrong with you? Are you depressed or something because trust me you'll get over it. Just don't commit suicide. Check yourself into rehab or go to the hospital.
