not always! anemia is an Iron deficiency so it could be caused but her diet rather than her hereditary. Also it is way more common in women than in men.
The main symptom of most types of anemia is fatigue. Other anemia symptoms include:
Weakness
Pale skin
A fast or irregular heartbeat
Shortness of breath
Chest pain
Dizziness
Cognitive problems
Numbness or coldness in your extremities
Headache
Initially, anemia can be so mild it goes unnoticed. But signs and symptoms increase as the condition worsens.

anemia is usually an infliction women have during young and childbearing years; i was born with it and had anemia my entire life until i had a partial hysterectomy which cured the problem; men rarely are anemic unless their diets are lacking or some other imbalance.

Not always. Just go to the doctor and get a simple blood test to know. No one is anemic but me.
