I like them. As long as they are not hurting anybody, it's ok with me.

In my opinion, they're just like roller blades or roller skates. I don't think that people should use them in stores or congested areas. There have been many times that I've been clipped or almost bumped into someone zooming around on Heelys. From a stand point of being safe, I just don't think it's a good idea.

I really don't mind it much as long as the child or adult is a good "driver" and doesn't run into me.
If the kids are well-behaved and just skating along...no problem. I have noticed that some kids get wild and act like the place is a raceway. However, I'm pretty sure they'd do that even if they didn't have Heely's on. LOL!
Good Luck!

I have Heelys and wear them without the wheels. I can barley go 2 inches in them, and I'm 14, lol. I don't know how 5 year olds do it! I never wear them in public just because its so hard to walk in. I fell twice when I was stupid enough to put them in. But even if I could skate far, i wouldn't wear them out in public.

If one more little brat skates into me or knocks my buggy out of the way I"m sticking my foot out and tripping them...
They annoy the crap out of me and adults? Well some people just don't know when to grow up I guess, haven't seen any adults in them lol.
My daughter has a pair but I have enough sense to not let her out in public in them. The park and home is okay but honestly places that don't allow skate boards or rollerskates those stupid shoes need to be banned.

I do know that many stores and public places have signs now not allowing people to skate around. :) I don't really mind it, but I do think that there is a time and place for "heely-ing", and in the stores is just not one of them.

I find it highly annoying. But I also notice its the kids who feel like they don't have to have any manners at all that do it.
