In Neo-Latin (yes, such a language really does exist!), it's:

Civitates Foederatae Americae

There's no such translation software; it doesn't exist. Your best bet is to pay someone to translate for you.

Must agree with Diana - the online translators turn out Garbage. And since Latin as a true spoken language, including Vulgar Latin, disappeared about 500 years before Columbus, the only way to get what you want is to use NeoLatin.
