I make really good chocolate ice cream. I start with a creme anglaise base and go from there.

I will eat both Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream but I prefer Vanilla over Chocolate.

Actually I have discovered that I like both of them together. When I can, I get the "twist" soft serve cones that mix the two, or buy the boxes with just those two flavors. But if I could only have one it would have to be chocolate - vanilla by itself is too plain (unless it's in a float).

Get the best of both with a swirl. But seeing that is not an option chocolate all the way, with chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles.
