im in 9th grade and my paretns are telling me i have to STUDY more in the 10th grade so thy wont let me play, what can i do? to convince them to let me?

tell them colleges look at the activities you do which would be soccer

Were you having trouble in school? It sounds like your parents are thinking about what's best for you. That is their job. Maybe you could offer a deal. Tell them the moment you drop below a B you promise you will resign from the team. You have to make and effort and meet them half way.

Keep your grades up. Show your parents that you can do both by being exceptional
in your academics. Also if you want to play soccer well, train a lot anyway.

Afterschool activities are very important to colleges nowa-days.you should participate in atleast 1 sport and maybe another activity like community service

If your grades are crap, I don't blame them. Find out what they want you to do in order for them to allow you to play soccer.

i was a c- student and my parents wouldn't let me do anything. then I got strait A's the next semester they let me do whatever i want
