Miracle Whip or ketchup or bbq sauce for condiments. I don't think of salt and pepper as condiments, but spices. The other spice I use a lot is paprika. And basil and chives for herbs. Then i don't have to use as much salt.

Well, it's not really a condiment. I don't consider salt and pepper condiments, I consider them spices. And I adore herbs d' provence. It goes well with chicken, fish, vegetables, pasta. It is really a great addition.

Cumin, cayenne, smoked paprika, smoked and canned chipotle, French mustard, whole nutmeg, Tamari, garlic & onion powders, cardamom, mace, mustard powder, liquid smoke, oregano, basil, chervil, Sambal, cinnamon, Tabasco, Chinese oyster sauce, curry powder and paste, vinegars and lots more.
