There is nothing in the Bible, the book that tells us about Jesus, that mentions that He ever ingested any drugs of His age and time. There was really no reason for Him to use drugs. He was the Son of God, even the devil could not be successful in tempting Him. When he was on the cross,He was offered something for the pain, which He refused.
