Idk wat to do I've been wanting to dream something but I just never do so does anyone have methods dat would help me have a dream?

Yeah that's true, I don't get enough sleep cuz I go to sleep around 10 or 10:30pm and I wake up at 4:45am cuz I work, so I guess dat makes me dream less.

i'm sure you do dream it's just that u don't remember....and as far as i know there is't any kind of vudoo tricks that will make u remember them.....but if i had to guess i'd say ur not getting ebough sleep! soooooooo go to bed lol.......what is it that u want to dream about????

Hi,

I would like to let you know that I have the same problem that you have, I mean, I never ever remember about my dream !!

I had gone to see the doctor and also I have done "sleep study" and I discovered that: Everybody dream every single night but is not everybody who remember that !!

Why??
Each person is one different person but what most likely can happen is:
You probably has a light sleep ( any noise can wake you up) and you do not have enough sleep either, so what happen is:

You always dream as soon as you fall in sleep and than, you do not remember later because we are able to remember dreams we had almost before wake up but dreams we had in the begining of the night we can not remember it!!

First of all, everyone dreams, you just can't remember any. I think you may be trying to hard. The best methods for remembering dreams will cause disrupted sleep, will only cause other problems, including irritability, anxiety, tiredness,loss of concentration and attention, among others. So be prepared. Look up people who consult and do research on sleep. Many hospitals have a center. They might be able to help you. It takes sophisticated equipment to do it right.

I heard from an anonymous source that you have to concentrate on something before you have to concentrate on something before you go to asleep. You also dream, yet you forget your dream by the time you wake up. I used to sleeptalk about abstract things. many things that symbolize many things in my life.

we all dream, most we don't remember .. but open simple safe method you could try is: have a glass of warm milk with a large spoon of honey in before you go to bed .. sweet dreams

well as your drifting asleep just start thinking of something that happend that day that is on your mind. Normally thats how i dream about crap. Its normally what im think about but its a litte messed up
