Healthier is vague , but . . .
The old saying , "You are what you eat "
Has been updated to include "and what it ate " .

If the poultry is being fed growth hormones and antibiotics , then , unless you are not concerned about anti-biotic resistant organisms and the adverse side effects of lots of growth hormones in the food . . .
You may want to eat poultry & eggs that do Not get those in the feed . ( aka organic , but the organic term scares the uneducated ) .
ALSO , Foster Farms has long grown its poulty without that stuff and it is widely popular and tastes the best of any of them !
