If it's not yet sliced, set out from fridge for 1/2 hour to get the chill off, then reheat it on the grill or broiler. If it's already sliced, I'd add a little moisture (water or beef broth or marinade) and zap it covered in the microwave.
No matter which method you choose, it'll be more well done than when first cooked. But it will still taste really good. Enjoy! I'm making London Broil on the grill tomorrow, but probably won't have any left since my nephew will be here!

maybe in a bowl with a tiny bit of water in the microwave, I know when I reheat roast that is how I do it, never had London Broil

slice it thin at a steep angle. Warm the end pieces in a little butter until you get some carmelization the deglaze the pan with red wine. Add a little more butter and put slices into the sauce. This warms the meat, adds a bit of juiciness, and a bit more flavor. I would sprinkle with a bit pepper at the end as well

cut it up in small pieces, throw it in a pan, add veggies and heat it up. Add some soy sauce or teriyaki and you will have great stir fry meal.
