My favorite sit down restaraunts are The Vortex, Jocks n Jill's, Cracker Barrel, Long Horns and Joe's Crab Shack. The Vortex and JJ's is local to my area though.
My favorite fast food places are Wendy's, Arby's and Burger King. In that order.

I'm a big fan of the Outback Steakhouse chain for sit-down, and for fast food I'll take good ol' McDonald's burgers and fries.

IN-N-OUT is by far the best fast food out there, hands down (and the best for you)!!!
And thats why its in the best State, California.
But seriously...next time your in California, go to an In N Out, there all over.
