I started college this fall and a new job that I'm not to thrilled about right now. Going to school part time, 3 day's a week, and working a full time job has been really stressing me out. My new job isn't what I expected it to be. My position has many tight deadlines which doesn't give me enough time to plan, my team mates always joke around with each other and when I try to joke with them I get nothing, my team mates said I can always ask them for help and when i did on the 3rd day no one helped me & I have to attend an event they hold every month that is an hour away (which they never told me about on the interview and my car has seen the light).

I don't know what to do.I am not happy at all. HELP!

WOW ..talk to you manager thats the best thing to do! If you are going to quit put in a 2week notice because if you don't that will look bad ..and other job's that you will apply for will see that and want to call them for references! And for the college thing ..stay with it ..college stresses everyone out but you will get a better job and live a happier life after you get that degree! always remember that!

Wow part time school and work stressing you out, welcome to the real world what are you going to do when working full time and taking care of a family. Have a daughter working full time, full time student, with a child yet holding a 3.8 GPA. and is a good mother. Think what needs to be changed is your attitude. Come on now if my daughter can do it you can to, lets look at the future what you are doing is right just gots to pay the dues

If it's hurting your grades (or has the potential to) I would quit. Your grades are what is going to get you into graduate school or possibly your first 'real job' (depending on your major).
Just don't ever mention this on future job applications or your resume.

You could look for another position before you actually quit. That way you are not left hanging.
