I am 12 and i unforuantly weigh 145 pounds i dont look fat but i feel fat.. what are so ways to make my self feel good and loss weight?

once you hit puberty, your weight should just naturally decrease because of ur hormones and u'll naturally get taller and it'll all even out.
if you try and lose weight now, it might cause ur body to become disproportional.

If you want to feel good then just think positive, if you feel fat than eat more healthy foods to feel good, but don't stress over about trying to lose weight at your age and especially, don't try and cut down on your meals. It'll make growing difficult later.

i really dont know how you feel because im 13 and 85 pounds but you are a little young to try to lose weight. you should talk to your mom to learn how to lose weight a safe way.

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries

At your age, you shouldnt really worry, if you really feel it necessary to lose some weight, start excersising more and dieting more.
