Yes, but dust it with cake flour (light color) or cocoa (chocolate tart) before filling it, so that the grease doesn't keep it from rising effectively.

I think I would grease it lightly, maybe with some butter. It would be a shame if it stuck.

you would want to take:

Melted butter & oil to grease the pan.

Yes.... grease it just like a pie crust!!! butter & flour, or shortening & flour....

yes, unless you are using greaseproof paper, otherwise it will stick.
