For the computer, press the print screen button on the keyboard, then open the Microsoft Power Point Program and paste the picture there, then save the picture after adjusting it's size.

Most PC Keyboards have a "Print Screen" button

To copy the window or screen contents
To make a copy of the active window, press ALT+PRINT SCREEN.
To copy the entire screen as it appears on your monitor, press PRINT SCREEN.
Note

To paste the image into a document, click the Edit menu in the document window, and then click Paste.

In other words, after you capture the image you need to paste it. Use Notepad, wordpad, word, powerpoint, or any image viewer s/w. Then use that application's print facilities to print it.
