How do I convert my Cubase SX3 files to MP3?

open the sx3 file in cubase then click, files---> export--->audio mixdown (make sure you've highlighted the selection on the timeline first, otherwise it will be silent!). Select the "Save as mp3" option and then choose what bitrate you want to save as, eg, 128kbps.

Convert wav to mp3, you can try http://www.nidesoft.com to find the right and effective converter.

mix down to wav.. is normal way

then convert the wav to mp3

using "lame drop" or something.
