I help with things I have experienced in order to benefit the magnificent, knowledgeable members that have helped me .
I do not care to hurt others in any way form or manner. I do know there are professional commentators on answeres that will attack you if you make a statement they disagree with. They have an agenda to promote; mind is love, peace, truth and beauty. I also think freedom of speech is the most important freedom we have.

Definitely to help others as far as my knowledge is capable and reach out according to my thoughts and heart feeling . But to hurt others is far from my attitude and my cup of coffee. Although there are really some here who are not so sensitive to others feelings but to come up with a rude answer without knowing that they have already injured other's feelings. Courtesy plays a vital role here and must be considered by everyone. Unfortunately, it seems it is out of their minds or far-fetched from their feelings and thoughts despite of the concrete community guidelines set by the Yahoo team answers. However, be that as it may, i learned to accept that people are not all the same. There are really some who are insensitive to others or to the community they are into not knowing they could already hurt others feelings. Maybe because they have been used to it or they have no proper breeding. The very purpose of Y/A is for us to help one another, exchange brighter ideas and opinions. It may come from our own good or bad experiences in life that we intend to share. But it seems this is not a perfect world to expect our expectations. We must learn to expect the unexpected and i have learned it here with my nearly three months in Y/A. Patience is the best virtue my friend.
Interesting question you aired. Have a great day!

Firstly I appreciate the question, since this issue is supposed to be focused by the Yahoo itself.
------dharma does not say that you should blind at bad. That is also a crime. Keeping quiet towards wrong is also a wrong, sin, crime. WE can notice the same in Hindu community, wherein everyone has taken it granted to humiliate Hinduism, Hindu culture. Maryada Purushotham Rama never kept quiet towards crime and criminals.
------But I would like to say that simply because we differ with the opinion, we are not suppose to criticise, humiliate and demoralise unless until the expressions are intended to harm someone or community seriously.
--- If you have faced any unruly answer, I suggest to leave it and need not be swayed from your path.
---- At last I would like to say: let us express our displeasure in the permissible way
i) Report abuse
ii) Thumbs down
ii) Add comment
iii) send personal message

I wish to help, and on occasion to be helped. For the most part it is an opportunity for persons of different faiths or denominations to exchange their views and potentially achieve some degree of mutual understanding and respect. I see it as a comparative religions type of category; I do not see it as either a Christian or an atheist site, and I consider it regrettable that it has become dominated by atheists. So far as I can see they have nothing worthwhile to contribute and in any event most of their postings constitute trolling; i.e. they are intended to provoke and disrupt.

I am here to act as a balance between opinions that are based on factual knowledge, and those that are not. I think of it as refereeing. Too much here is asserted as fact from one perspective only when in reality there are two sides to evry story, every perspective, etc. Counter-examples are the lifeblood of reasoned discourse. They keep things in sharp focus if used properly and in context.

The difference between a person that has given up and follows a defeatist, destructive path, and one willing to go that extra step to make something of tomorrow is ...
... INSPIRATION.
If I can help inspire others to see a better, more harmonious life, then I have helped

For sincere questions I give sincere answers.
I am here to help the best that I can.
I give answers to life as found in the bible.
To those that are here to cause trouble, I can defend my faith and defend others who share it. That does not mean that I get nasty or rude. Debate is healthy and keeps you sharp on what you believe.

I'm here to raise general knowledge
for example
the treaty of Tripoli states
Art. 11. As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquillity, of Mussulmen; and, as the said States never entered into any war, or act of hostility against any Mahometan nation, it is declared by the parties, that no pretext arising from religious opinions, shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries.
Which means America wasn't founded on RELIGION!

Out of love, i am here to share the truth of the Gospel of Christ Jesus, my Lord and Savior, believing He is the only way no other way! John 14:6; John 10:9-10; John 10:30. That maybe the Holy Spirit may touch each heart that humble themselves to the truth of the Gospel of the Kingdom, the Gospel of Lord Jesus Christ! Amen.
I don't know if every one in this community is aware; that i was raised as RCatholic and left RC because i can't find their doctrine as biblically appropriate or sound doctrine,
Tit 1:9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
Like reciting the rosary; where in the Bible that says you need to pray the rosary and you'll be saved, as qouted one time by the new Pope in one of the newspaper! What's his proof, for it is ver yclear Lord Jesus said; Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. So, how can the prove that there is another way to be saved?
As God said; Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Amen.
Now, tell me. Is it hurting people to tell the truth nothing but th truth? Joh 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
Joh 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Joh 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
Another question: So, if you believe the Holy Bible as Holy Words from God, do you need to do other rituals to be saved, when God said; He is the way for salvation belongs to Him, Jonah 2:9? Do you? like other denomination? Do you want to do your own good works instead of relying, trusting and depending on the Holy Spirit which was promised to those who believes the Lord Jesus? John 14:26; John 14:16.

I am here to try to inject a little irrationality into peoples lives. Irrational beliefs can lead to all sorts of evil. Belief in karma, for example, can lead to a lack of sympathy for other people's suffering. "I shouldn't feel sorry for him or help him out, he's just working off bad karma..." Irrational beliefs have led to inquistions, wars, and countless pain and suffering around the world.
