I tried scrubbing it with a toothbrush, but that just hurt and didn't do anything.
The first question about this has been deleted so I can't look for more stuff to look for!
I would like some home remedies or products that are preferably organic...but if you don't know any, non organic is fine.

Go to the mall and look for a scrub for your lips. If it's really severe, then go to the dermatologist. It won't cost you money unless you get a treatment there, so you can ask for advice for free at most offices. Ask them about possible causes such as the type of lipstick you are using or if you are not drinking enough water. and ask about how to cure it. don't buy their products because it is very likely that it is more expensive than it is usually at other stores.

Burt's Beeswax is the best thing for lips around. Never lick your lips or put lipstick (without having applied chapstick beforehand) on. Vaseline works.
Even better: I believe that Vitamin E comes in a bottle. Buy it any put it on your lips at least once a day.

I just dab mine with water if I don't have any lip balm. Try Burt's Bees. They're amazing.
I also put Olay face lotion on my lips, leaves them soft.
I heard scrubbing your lips with brown sugar also works.

vaseline make a body lotion of cocoa butter use that and then mix it with a little more vaseline or you could use brownsugar and vaseline

um use chapstick itll work. use it after you brush your teeth
