i get turned on by the girl wearing them...in otherwords i dont give a rats about looks..if were into each other thats it...marks or no marks...if a man doesnt follow his heart, hes not a man.

Don't worry. If guys get turned off by strecth marks, they'd have slim pickings over girls.
Most of the population (even celebs) have strecth marks. Nothing to be shamed about.

No. If it's a girl I like then nothing about her will turn me off including tiny little marks on her stomach... not a big deal at all.

every man is different...you ask 100 men...you will get a lot of different answers, many of which will be more to easy your self conscience feelings than the actual truth. The reality is, if you meet a guy and he is bothered by them, then find another guy... You should always be accepted for who you are, and not judged for a few imperfections on your skin...remember, nobody is perfect...and nobody should ever have to be.
