Yes you can. I have once recorded myself in my sleep so I could see if I snored and at that day I had a bad cold so I sneezed a lot and also coughed, believe it or not!

absolutely you can there isnt anything that you cant do when asleep compared to when you're awake. just cause you sneeze dont mean you'll wake up this is way off track. people talk,sing,walk and although it is rare some ppl even have sex while asleep. this is a real condition. so if a person can have sex while asleep i doubt sneezing would wake a person up.

i have never sneezed while sleeping; but i have heard of people who have
if you do happen to sneeze during sleep, its probably because something strong triggered the lining of your nose
you could sneeze if somebody puts pepper on your pillow

i doubt it..more in likely if you need to sneeze you will wake up or at lest be half way awake to sneeze and fall back to sleep. that's what happens to me anyway.
